International University Theatre Forum in Vilnius (Lithuania) is a unique youth event of this kind organized in the Baltic countries. It summons students who are interested in theatre for interactive theatrical performances and aims to bring social and heritage questions to public attention, also giving the possibility to get to know each other, interact and exchange experiences. The International University Theatre Forum is back and we will invite you to the theatre forum for the 25th time!
The “Vilnius Crossroads” forum is dedicated to the twenty years’ anniversary of Lithuania’s membership in the European Union. As many as 11 Lithuanian and foreign university theatre troupes from 4 countries (Lithuania, Estonia, USA and Spain) will participate in the forum. The program includes spectacular performances by theatre troupes, discussions, creative workshops and the theatre street action “Vilniaus kryžkelės”, intended to mark the identity of the city of Vilnius.
